Last year I posted an entry about Rules of Being a True Fan, which is my way of venting at the bandwagon fans out there. Well, now the NFL has adopted a questionnaire to help bandwagon fans pick a new team. For the fun of it I completed the questionnaire with honest answers and, well, my bandwagon team is the Indianapolis Colts. This is pretty fitting considering how often I stick up for Peyton Manning in responding to his critics. However, I’m not sure this is the right bandwagon to jump on. In the first round of the playoffs they’re matched up against the Kansas City Chiefs. KC boasts a solid running back in Larry Johnson while Indianapolis boasts the worst run defense in the league. For a team that likes to score points, the Colts won’t be able to do that when KC plays keep away using LJ. It doesn’t really matter though, I won’t be jumping on/off any bandwagons and will be rooting for the J… E… T… S… Jets! Jets! Jets!
